St John Ambulance youth volunteers in Embu, Kenya with bicycles provided by Our Kenyan Kids
Over the years, Our Kenyan Kids has helped St. John Ambulance with the supply of bicycles, pens, pencils, paper, books, etc for education purposes, uniforms to Youth Volunteers who provide homecare and HIV/AIDS education to rural communities near Embu. Our Kenyan Kids was also able to erect the Doris Coon’s Centre – a learning centre made possible through a very generous estate donation.
These young volunteers are also taking the lead on supporting the new Embu Partners for Life project.
